? Role OverviewAt Req Edu Technologies, we believe career consulting should go beyond giving advice. It should help learners understand their challenges, identify the right learning pathways, and take practical steps toward their career goals. As an IT Consultant, you will interact with IT students, fresh graduates, and job seekers to understand their career challenges, explain relevant learning opportunities, recommend suitable programs, and facilitate enrollment and onboarding on the Req-Edu platform.

You will help prospective learners understand how practical technology projects, structured learning pathways, and project-based experience can support their career development.

? Key Responsibilities

- Understand students’ and job seekers’ career goals, skill gaps, and learning requirements.
- Provide appropriate course and project recommendations based on individual needs.
- Explain program structure, learning outcomes, project deliverables, and applicable certifications.
- Conduct professional consultations and follow up with prospective learners.
- Facilitate learner enrollment, registration, and learning management system (LMS) onboarding.




- Support learners with post-enrollment access and basic platform-related queries.
- Maintain accurate lead records, consultation updates, follow-ups, and enrollment information.
- Build trust through transparent communication, ethical consulting, and realistic career guidance.
- Contribute to business development, customer engagement, and enrollment targets.
- Coordinate with the internal team to improve the learner experience.

? Technology & Project EcosystemReq-Edu provides exposure to a broad range of technology learning pathways and practical software projects. Backend Technologies: PHP, Node.js

Databases: MySQL, Microsoft SQL Server (MSSQL), PostgreSQL

Frontend Technologies: HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, React.js, Vue.js, Angular

Scripting & Templating: JavaScript, jQuery, EJS

Charts & Data Visualization: CanvasJS, Chart.js, Google Charts, RoughViz, ApexCharts, Chartist.js, C3, NVD3

Practical Project Domains: CRM systems, security gate management software, business applications, and other real-world-inspired software projects.

Emerging Opportunity: Agentic AI

Agentic AI development projects are currently in the launch phase. Eligible early participants may receive free access to these projects, subject to the applicable program terms.

? Technical Training & SupportThe IT Consultant role focuses primarily on learner consulting, program guidance, business development, and enrollment.

Technical training and project-specific guidance are handled by the designated Project Managers and Technical Team. Candidates are not expected to independently deliver technical training as part of this consulting role.
