About the Opportunity

We specialize in streamlining IT infrastructure, ensuring cybersecurity resilience, and enabling digital workplace efficiency for organizations navigating complex regulatory and operational landscapes.

Role & Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain on-site IT infrastructure including servers, workstations, network devices, and backup systems.
- Provide Level 1 & 2 technical support to internal users; resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues promptly.
- Administer Active Directory, Group Policy, and user access controls to ensure secure, role-based system access.
- Implement and monitor endpoint security tools, patch management, and antivirus solutions across all devices.
- Document IT assets, configurations,



and SOPs; maintain inventory and warranty records.
- Coordinate with vendors and external IT partners for service delivery, SLA adherence, and escalation resolution.
