Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, review, and update ISO policies, procedures, and work instructions.
- Ensure adherence to ISO standards (e.g., Quality, Environmental, Safety) across all departments
- Maintain proper documentation and records for audits and certification
- Establish inspection and testing protocols at all stages—raw material, in-process, and final product.
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure raw material quality standards and corrective actions on defects.
- Ensure timely closure of audit findings and compliance with certification requirements.
- Understanding of regulatory standards like BIS Hallmarking, RJC (Responsible Jewellery Council) norms.
- Coordinate with all departments.

Technical Skills:

- Strong knowledge of ISO standards (e.g., 9001, 14001, 45001).
- Proficiency in documentation, data analysis, and audit processes.
- Should have positive command on MS - Excel, Word.
