Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Investor Relations Manager role based in Mumbai.

The Investor Relations

Manager will manage communication between the company, investors, and financial stakeholders, preparing investor presentations, reports, and updates that clearly convey brand performance and strategy. The role includes analyzing financial and market data, supporting investment narratives, and coordinating meetings, briefings, and events with existing and potential investors.



The individual will collaborate with leadership, finance, and strategy teams to ensure consistent messaging, respond to investor inquiries, and maintain accurate documentation of investor communications.

Qualifications

- Robust Investor Relations skills, including stakeholder communication and engagement.
- Solid Finance and Investments knowledge to explain company performance and market positioning.
- Advanced Analytical Skills for interpreting financial and market data.
- Experience with Financial Modeling for forecasting, valuation, and scenario analysis.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex information.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA) is an advantage.
- Proficiency in presentation tools and spreadsheets, with attention to accuracy and detail.
- Ability to work on-site in Mumbai, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively across teams.
