As we expand our Bangalore operations, we are looking for highly motivated Calling Counselors / Inside Sales Executives to join our growing team.

Job Responsibilities

You will be responsible for speaking with prospective students and converting qualified leads into enrolled candidates.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Calling prospective students from provided leads
- Understanding the candidate's education, experience, career goals and Germany plans
- Explaining suitable Germany pathways, including Nursing, Ausbildung, German language courses and study opportunities
- Counseling candidates and parents
- Handling objections and answering initial questions
- Following up systematically through calls and WhatsApp
- Scheduling appointments with senior counselors
- Maintaining accurate lead records in the CRM
- Following up with interested candidates until registration
- Achieving individual and team enrollment targets

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
