About the Role We are looking for confident and motivated International Sales & Customer Support Executives to handle leads received from clients across different countries. The candidate will communicate with international customers, understand their requirements, explain European relocation and consultancy services, generate sales, and provide continuous customer support throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities · Handle international leads received from different countries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.

· Make outbound calls to prospective international clients and understand their requirements.

· Explain available European relocation, immigration, employment, and consultancy services clearly and professionally.

· Identify suitable services based on the client's requirements and provide accurate information.

· Follow up regularly with interested clients and convert leads into customers.

· Generate sales and achieve assigned monthly targets.

· Maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the consultancy process.

· Coordinate with internal processing teams to ensure timely updates to customers.

· Provide excellent customer service and resolve client queries professionally.

· Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, sales, and customer interactions in the CRM.

· Follow up on pending documents, payments, appointments, and other process requirements.





· Handle objections and negotiate professionally to close sales.

· Ensure clients receive timely and accurate information regarding their selected services.

· Meet individual and team-based sales and performance targets.

Candidate Requirements · Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.

· Confident speaking with clients from different countries and cultures.

· Strong sales, negotiation, persuasion, and follow-up skills.

· Ability to handle international calls professionally.

· Customer-focused attitude with good problem-solving skills.

· Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM/Excel/WhatsApp.

· Ability to work with sales targets and performance-based incentives.

· Prior experience in international BPO, immigration, visa consultancy, recruitment, travel, relocation, or international sales will be an advantage.

· Freshers with excellent English communication and a strong interest in international sales may also apply.
