Job Title: Customer Support Representative – International Voice Process

Salary & Benefits
- Freshers: ₹35,000 CTC per month | ₹30,000 In-Hand
- Experienced: ₹45,000 CTC per month | ₹40,000 In-Hand
- Travel Allowance: ₹3,500 per month, in addition to salary
- One-side cab drop available within the designated hiring zone.
Job Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries through international voice calls.
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns.
- Maintain qualified communication and customer satisfaction.
- Follow company policies and quality standards.
- Maintain proper call records and documentation.

- Graduates and undergraduates can apply.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
- Excellent English communication skills are mandatory.
- Strong customer-handling and problem-solving skills.
- Must be comfortable with night shifts and international voice processes.
Selection Process
Walk-in Interview Only
- Round 1: Assessment (12 PM – 4 PM)
- Round 2:
Operations Round (around 7 PM)
Candidates must be available for both rounds on the same day.
