Role Description The International Blended Process Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Kolkata Area. This position involves handling a mix of voice and non-voice processes for international customers, including responding to queries, resolving issues, and providing accurate information across multiple communication channels. The associate will manage customer accounts, follow defined workflows, and ensure compliance with company policies and client-specific guidelines.

Daily responsibilities include updating records, monitoring transactions, performing basic financial or process-related checks,



and escalating complex cases when necessary. The role requires maintaining high service quality, meeting performance targets, and collaborating with team members and supervisors to improve processes and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) skills, with experience in handling international processes preferred.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Analytical Skills to interact clearly with customers and interpret data or process-related information.
- Candidates should possess foundational Finance skills, including comfort with numerical data, transaction handling, and basic reconciliation or verification tasks.
- Relevant qualifications such as a high school diploma or bachelor’s degree in any discipline, along with proficiency in English (spoken and written), are beneficial.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include familiarity with CRM tools, willingness to work in rotational shifts, strong problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to work effectively in a quick-paced, multicultural environment.
