Position: L2 Support

We are looking for an experienced Internal IT Support Engineer (L2) to manage day-to-day IT operations, provide hardware and software support, and assist with Microsoft 365 and endpoint management.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in laptop/desktop troubleshooting, Azure and Microsoft 365 administration, and Microsoft Intune.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide L2 technical support for laptops, desktops, and other IT hardware.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, operating system, and connectivity issues.
- Manage user accounts, access permissions, and administration of Microsoft 365.
- Assist with Azure administration and user management.
- Configure, manage, and troubleshoot devices using Microsoft Intune.
- Support device provisioning, software installation, updates, and endpoint compliance.
- Handle IT tickets, resolve technical issues, and escalate complex problems when required.




- Maintain IT asset inventory and hardware allocation records.
- Support internal employees with day-to-day IT requirements.
- Follow IT security policies and standard operating procedures.

Required Skills
- 2–4 years of experience in Internal IT Support, Desktop Support, or IT Infrastructure Support.
- Hands-on experience with laptop and desktop hardware troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 administration.
- Experience with Microsoft Intune and endpoint management.
- Understanding of Windows operating systems, user accounts, and access management.
- Basic knowledge of networking and endpoint security will be an added advantage.
- Good communication, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Candidates with experience in corporate IT support or internal IT operations.
- Candidates comfortable handling L2 technical support and end-user issues.
