Role Description The Interior Sales Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Palghat. This role involves engaging with prospective and existing clients, understanding their interior requirements, and presenting suitable design and product solutions.

Responsibilities include conducting showroom or site visits, preparing and following up on quotations, coordinating with design and execution teams, and ensuring timely order closure.

The Interior Sales

Executive will manage client communications, maintain sales records, and contribute to meeting monthly and quarterly sales targets.



The role also includes building long-term client relationships and providing post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to close deals and meet sales targets.
- Customer service and client relationship management skills, including clear and professional communication.
- Basic understanding of interior design concepts, materials, and finishes; ability to interpret layouts and presentations is an advantage.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple inquiries, site visits, and follow-ups efficiently.
- Proficiency in using office productivity tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, presentation software); familiarity with CRM or sales tracking tools is beneficial.
- Prior experience in interior sales, furniture, real estate, or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to work on-site in Palghat, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
- Minimum educational qualification: a diploma or bachelor’s degree in any discipline; qualifications in interior design, architecture, or business are an added advantage.
