About NH Studio

We don’t just design spaces. We create stories people can step into.

At NH Studio, we believe great design goes beyond aesthetics. It’s about creating experiences, exploring materials, telling stories, and translating ideas into spaces that make people feel something.

From immersive hospitality spaces and distinctive restaurants to thoughtful commercial environments and personalised residences, we work across diverse projects where every detail has a purpose and every space has a story.

Now, we’re looking for a creative, curious, and driven Interior Designer / Architect to join our team and be part of this journey.

If you love developing concepts as much as you love seeing them come to life on site, we’d love to meet you.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

01. Concept Development & Storytelling

Develop creative design concepts, narratives, and moodboards.

Translate ideas into cohesive design languages, material palettes, and spatial experiences.

Research design references, trends, materials, furniture, and lighting.

02. Design & Development

Work on hospitality, commercial, and residential interior projects.

Develop layouts, furniture plans, design details, and material selections.

Prepare presentations, drawings, and visual documentation to communicate design intent.

03. BOQs & Cost Estimation

Prepare detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQs), quantity take-offs, and cost estimates.

Develop material specifications and item-wise quantity calculations.

Coordinate with vendors and contractors to obtain and compare quotations.

Track costs and help ensure projects stay within budget without compromising design quality.

04. Vendor & Contractor Coordination

Coordinate with vendors, fabricators, suppliers, and consultants.

Source materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and accessories.

Evaluate quotations, negotiate rates,

and follow up on procurement and deliveries.

Ensure materials and workmanship align with the design intent.

05. Site Visits & Execution

Conduct regular site visits and coordinate with contractors and execution teams.

Monitor progress, review workmanship, and resolve on-site design challenges.

Coordinate site measurements, material installations, and detailing.

Help ensure that what gets built reflects what was designed.

06. Drawings & Documentation

Assist in preparing working drawings, furniture details, finish schedules, and specifications.

Coordinate drawings with consultants, vendors, and site teams.

Maintain project documentation and track design changes.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR An Interior Designer or Architect with 2–3 years of professional experience.

Experience in hospitality, commercial, and residential interior projects.

A strong visual sensibility and an eye for materials, detailing, proportions, and spatial composition.

Experience preparing BOQs, quantity estimates, and vendor comparisons.

Confidence in vendor coordination, site visits, and execution follow-ups.

Proficiency in relevant design software and presentation tools.

Someone who can think creatively, work independently, take ownership, and collaborate with a team.

A curious mind who enjoys both the creative and technical sides of design.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT AT NH STUDIO

Exposure to diverse projects and design challenges.

The chance to participate in the entire design journey, from concept to execution.

A collaborative environment where ideas, experimentation, and attention to detail matter.

Opportunities to develop your design sensibility, technical knowledge, and project management skills.

The satisfaction of seeing your ideas become real spaces.

THINK YOU’D BE A GOOD FIT?

We would love to see what you have been working on.
