Key Responsibilities: Lead and set up the company’s new Design Division . Develop and implement design standards , guidelines, and best practices. Produce conceptual designs , mood boards, material palettes, and 3D visualizations.

Select appropriate materials, finishes, hardware, and accessories aligned with project goals. Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, functional requirements , and budget.



Work closely with engineering and production teams to ensure design feasibility and alignment.

Design and organize customer visualization spaces (e.g., showrooms, mock-up areas). Stay current with industry trends , emerging technologies, and material innovations.
