We’re looking for Academic Counsellors to join our team and work with learners interested in Technology & Professional Certification Programs.
? What you’ll be doing:
Counsel working professionals & students on relevant tech certification programs
Understand their career goals, experience & learning needs
Conduct counselling calls and online consultations
Handle objections and build trust with prospects
Drive conversions and achieve monthly enrolment targets
Maintain a strong learner experience throughout the admission journey
? What we’re looking for:
✅ 1–4 years of experience in EdTech / Inside Sales / Academic Counselling
✅ Strong communication & convincing skills
✅ Positive understanding of consultative selling
✅ Strong objection-handling and negotiation skills
✅ Target-oriented and hungry to grow
✅ Experience selling Tech / Data / AI / Cloud / Cybersecurity certifications is a plus
