Filumart.com is a B2B business platform connecting businesses, buyers, sellers, manufacturers, suppliers, and distributors. We are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Executive with positive communication skills and an interest in sales and business development.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential business customers and generate leads.
- Explain Filumart’s platform, services, and business benefits to prospective customers.
- Identify customer requirements and convert enquiries into business opportunities.
- Follow up with leads, schedule product demonstrations, and support customer onboarding.
- Maintain call records, customer details, and daily sales reports.
- Work towards daily and monthly sales targets.
Requirements
- Freshers are welcome; previous experience in inside sales, telecalling, or B2B sales is an advantage.
- Good verbal communication skills in Malayalam and English; Hindi is an added advantage.
- Confidence in making calls, handling customer enquiries, and following up with prospects.
- Basic computer knowledge and willingness to learn sales tools.
- Positive attitude, persuasion skills, and a target-oriented mindset.
