Role Description The Inside Sales Executive – Cold Calling is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. This role involves making outbound cold calls to prospective students, presenting course offerings, and generating qualified leads for admissions. The position includes following up on inquiries, maintaining detailed records in CRM tools, and nurturing prospects through the enrollment process.

The executive will collaborate with the marketing and admissions teams to convert leads into enrollments,



provide clear and courteous information about programs and placement support, and meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.

Qualifications

- Robust inside sales skills, with experience in cold calling, lead generation, and closing enrollments.
- Excellent communication abilities, including clear spoken English and local language proficiency, active listening, and confident presentation skills.
- Customer service orientation, with a focus on empathy, problem-solving, and building long-term relationships with prospective learners.
- Proven sales mindset, including target-driven performance, basic negotiation skills, and comfort working with a structured sales process.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM or lead management tools.
- Prior experience in education, training, or services sales is an advantage.
- Minimum educational qualification: high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Mumbai, manage volume calling, and adapt to a rapid-paced, collaborative environment.
