- Read the correct part drawing and check required dimensions using a Vernier caliper and gauges.
- Complete the First Piece Inspection Report and update the planning board after the first-piece check.
- Conduct hourly QC rounds at working machines.
- Identify and separate rejected parts, and report measurements that are outside the required limits.
- Record inspection parameters and QC-related downtime in the production card.
- Keep the correct drawing at each working machine and store QC documents in their designated locations.
- Check the required degree measurement using the VMM machine.
- Record the daily weight of end pieces with rejection records and check whether the end pieces can be machined.
Shift Type: Rotation(15 Days Day & 15 Days Night)
Shift Timing:08:00 To 20:00
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
