Infosys Limited is hiring an Azure DevOps Engineer in Hyderabad within its Data & Analytics Unit, a service line that builds modern data platforms, analytics pipelines, and cloud-native applications for some of the world's largest organizations. As businesses accelerate their adoption of Microsoft Azure and containerized workloads, reliable release engineering has become central to every engagement - and this role sits directly at that intersection.

As an Azure DevOps Engineer, you will own and evolve the continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) backbone used by development teams. Your day-to-day work will be hands-on and impactful:

- Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and GitHub, enabling fast, repeatable, and safe releases across environments.
- Manage deployments on Kubernetes using Helm charts and ArgoCD, implementing GitOps-driven delivery for microservices and data platform components.
- Support Git-based workflows and branching strategies such as feature branching, trunk-based development, pull-request gates, and protected branches.
- Automate build, release, and deployment processes, eliminating manual steps and reducing lead time from commit to production.




- Collaborate closely with development and infrastructure teams to ensure smooth, predictable releases and shared ownership of delivery quality.
- Troubleshoot pipeline, deployment, and environment issues, performing root-cause analysis and driving permanent fixes rather than temporary workarounds.

You will work extensively with YAML pipelines, Docker containerization, and enterprise-grade release management practices. The Data & Analytics Unit runs complex, multi-team programs, so you will engage with data engineers, software developers, cloud architects, and infrastructure specialists in a genuinely collaborative Agile environment. Exposure to AKS (Azure Kubernetes Service), Terraform, and Ansible will allow you to contribute to infrastructure automation and environment provisioning as the practice matures. Requirements

- Bachelor of Engineering (BE), BTech, BCA, BSc, ME, MTech, MCA, MSc, or MBA from a recognized institution.
- 4-5 years of relevant work experience in DevOps or release engineering roles.
- Strong hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub, Git, and end-to-end CI/CD pipeline design and maintenance.
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes,



Helm, and ArgoCD for container orchestration and GitOps deployments.
- Working knowledge of containerization using Docker.
- Solid experience authoring and maintaining YAML pipelines and enterprise release management practices.
- Good understanding of DevOps and GitOps principles, including branching strategies and Git-based workflows.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot pipeline, deployment, and environment issues under production timelines.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with distributed development and infrastructure teams.

Preferred qualifications:

- Experience with AKS (Azure Kubernetes Service) or other cloud-native deployment platforms.
- Knowledge of Terraform or other infrastructure-as-code / infrastructure automation tools.
- Exposure to Ansible for configuration management.
- Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Azure Monitor, Application Insights, Grafana, Prometheus).
- Relevant certifications such as AZ-400, AZ-104, CKA, or HashiCorp Terraform Associate are a plus.
