About the Role

We are looking for an experienced IT Program Manager to work closely with senior leadership and drive program delivery, operational efficiency, and business performance as the company scales.

This role combines program delivery, P&L; ownership, process improvement, and strategic execution. The ideal candidate can bring structure to evolving environments, identify opportunities for improvement, and translate business priorities into scalable processes and measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Own end-to-end program delivery, ensuring timelines, quality, client satisfaction, and business objectives are met.
- Establish and improve processes, SOPs, governance frameworks, and performance metrics.
- Manage program-level financial performance, including budgets, margins, resource utilization, and cost optimization.
- Identify operational gaps and implement improvements to strengthen efficiency and scalability.
- Work closely with senior leadership on strategic initiatives, business reviews,



and recommendations for new programs or service enhancements.
- Manage client and stakeholder relationships, ensuring clear communication, accountability, and effective resolution of delivery challenges.
- Navigate evolving priorities and drive initiatives from problem identification through implementation and measurable outcomes.

What We’re Looking For

- 8–15 years of relevant experience in program management, delivery management, or operations within the IT or technology services industry.
- Prior experience managing US client engagements, US business processes, or service delivery for the US market, with an understanding of client expectations and operating practices.
- Solid understanding of service delivery, client management, operational processes, and program governance.
- Experience with P&L; management, budgeting, margins, or commercial performance.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, analytical thinking, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to develop SOPs, streamline workflows, and implement processes that improve efficiency and accountability.
- A hands-on, adaptable approach to working in fast-paced environments with evolving priorities.
- Openness to constructive feedback, a commitment to continuous self-development, and a keen interest in emerging technologies and industry developments.
- An ownership-driven mindset, with a genuine interest in contributing to the company's long-term growth.
