- Support and continuously improve SCM processes in Infor LN.
- Work closely with business users to understand requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
- Handle Procurement / Purchasing, Warehouse & Inventory, Material Planning / MRP and Sales / Order Management processes.
- Support manufacturing-related processes and understand end-to-end supply-chain integration.
- Coordinate incidents, enhancements and root-cause analysis with technical/functional teams.
- Work on master data, process controls and ERP process improvements.
- Prepare requirements, functional documentation and SOPs.
- Participate in testing, UAT, releases and implementation/rollout activities.
- Conduct user training and support business adoption.
- Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders for issue resolution and process improvements.
Preferred candidate profile
- 47 years of hands-on Infor LN / Baan experience.
- Solid functional exposure to SCM modules.
- Experience in Procurement/Purchasing, Warehouse/Inventory, MRP/Planning and Sales/Order Management.
- Understanding of manufacturing processes.
- Experience in Infor LN 10.8 would be an advantage.
- Exposure to Infor ION/integrations, SQL/reporting, implementation/rollout and UAT would be beneficial.
- Engineering degree preferably Mechanical / EEE / IT – or MBA in Supply Chain / IT.
- Infor LN certification would be an added advantage.
