What You'll Do

- Develop and execute influencer campaigns aligned to brand and client objectives
- Identify, vet, and onboard influencers based on niche, audience quality, and real engagement
- Build lasting relationships with influencers for repeat, reliable collaborations
- Write compelling, personalized outreach
- Manage end-to-end communication: negotiation, follow-ups, query resolution




- Track content delivery and analyze campaign performance

What You Bring

- Any bachelor's degree
- 2–3 years in influencer marketing or adjacent work, digital marketing agency experience strongly preferred
- Sharp negotiation and relationship-building instincts
- Comfort juggling multiple live campaigns with tight timelines
- Comfortable using AI tools to speed up research and outreach drafts, but the actual relationship-building and negotiation stays genuinely human. Influencers can tell when a DM was copy-pasted from a prompt

Bonus Points

Experience with both paid and barter collaboration models. Agency experience specifically is a solid plus; running influencer campaigns for several unrelated brands at once is the actual job here.
