About the roleSAN is looking for an organised, people-focused Influencer Marketing & Talent Manager to manage brand campaigns from planning through reporting, while building strong, ongoing relationships with creators. This role combines campaign execution with creator representation and day-to-day personal management.

Key responsibilitiesInfluencer marketing and campaign execution

- Identify suitable influencers and talent for brand campaigns based on the brief, audience, content style and budget.
- Develop creator recommendations and campaign plans, including deliverables, timelines and budgets.
- Reach out to creators, check availability and negotiate commercials and deliverables.
- Coordinate campaign execution from brief and contracting through content approvals, posting and final reporting.
- Liaise with brands, creators and internal teams to keep campaigns on schedule and resolve issues promptly.
- Track deliverables, timelines and campaign performance; prepare explicit post-campaign reports with key metrics and observations.




- Maintain updated creator profiles, rates, availability and campaign records.

Talent and creator management
- Identify and onboard influencers for SAN’s exclusive talent roster and creator community.
- Build trusted, professional relationships with managed creators and community members.
- Handle creators’ incoming and outgoing brand enquiries, partnership requests and day-to-day coordination.
- Understand each creator’s goals, strengths, audience and content style, and help identify suitable opportunities.
- Share relevant trends, formats, content ideas and brand opportunities with creators.
- Support creators with campaign briefs, negotiations, schedules and professional communication.
- Follow up consistently with creators and brands to ensure a smooth experience for everyone involved.

What we’re looking for
- Experience in influencer marketing, talent management, creator partnerships or a related field.
- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Good organisation and follow-through across multiple campaigns and timelines.
- An understanding of social media platforms, creator content and emerging trends.
- Confidence communicating with brands, influencers and internal teams.
- A proactive, solution-focused approach and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with campaign reporting, social media metrics and spreadsheets is an advantage.
