Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in Healthcare SaaS implementations
- Solid understanding of Healthcare IT systems and workflows
- Experience working with EHR/EMR systems and clinical workflows
- Strong understanding of healthcare interoperability standards including HL7, FHIR, and X12
- Experience managing client communication and stakeholder relationships
- Robust analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams
- Willingness to work with overlapping US business hours
