About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and client-focused Immigration Consultant to assist prospective clients interested in Canadian Permanent Residency (PR), Express Entry, and other eligible Canadian immigration pathways.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, the ability to understand client profiles, and the confidence to explain immigration processes clearly while maintaining professional client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Connect with prospective clients interested in Canadian PR and immigration services.

Understand clients’ educational qualifications, work experience, language proficiency, age, and other relevant eligibility factors.

Conduct preliminary assessments for Canadian Express Entry and other relevant immigration pathways.

Explain immigration programs, eligibility criteria, documentation requirements, and the overall application process.

Follow up with leads through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.

Schedule consultations with the authorised immigration professional, where required.

Maintain accurate client information, follow-up records, and lead status in the CRM.

Coordinate with the internal team and authorised Canadian immigration professionals to facilitate client consultations.

Build trust with prospective clients by providing accurate information and professional guidance.

Work toward monthly targets for lead engagement,



consultations, and client conversions.

Ensure ethical communication and never guarantee visa approval, permanent residency, or immigration outcomes.

Eligibility Criteria

Graduate in any discipline.

Excellent verbal communication skills in English.

Robust interpersonal, convincing, and client-handling skills.

Basic understanding of Canadian immigration programs is preferred.

Experience in immigration consulting, education consulting, international sales, or customer service will be an advantage.

Comfortable making outbound calls and following up with prospective clients.

Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM software.

Ability to work in a target-driven setting.

Preferred Skills

Knowledge of Canadian Express Entry, Federal Skilled Worker Program, Provincial Nominee Programs (PNPs), and other relevant PR pathways.

Understanding of IELTS/CELPIP language requirements and the role of Educational Credential Assessments (ECA).

Ability to explain complex processes in simple language.

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
