Designation: CA - Internal Audit (Fresher)

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct internal audits across business functions to evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance.

- Review financial and operational processes, identify control gaps, and recommend process improvements.

- Assist in preparing audit plans, audit reports, observations, and follow-up action plans.

- Perform risk assessments and ensure adherence to company policies, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.

- Work extensively on SAP for audit testing, data analysis, and transaction reviews.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to obtain audit evidence and resolve audit observations.

- Support management in strengthening governance, risk management, and internal control frameworks.

Key Requirements

- Qualified CA (Fresher).

- Mandatory Internal Audit experience during Articleship.

- Hands-on working knowledge of SAP.

- Robust analytical, communication, and report-writing skills.

- Ability to work independently and interact with multiple stakeholders.
