We are seeking an experienced IGCSE Business Studies Teacher for a reputed school in Jaipur who can inspire students to develop commercial awareness, entrepreneurial thinking, and a strong understanding of business principles.

Role & Responsibilities

- Deliver engaging IGCSE Business Studies lessons aligned with Cambridge curriculum standards for Grades 9–10.
- Teach key business concepts, including business activity, human resource management, marketing, operations management, financial information, and external influences on business.
- Develop differentiated lesson plans, assessments, case studies, and enrichment activities that encourage analytical and critical thinking.
- Integrate real-world business examples, current economic developments, and practical applications to enhance conceptual understanding.
- Prepare students for Cambridge IGCSE examinations, focusing on case-study analysis, structured responses, application of business concepts, and examination techniques.
- Use formative and summative assessments to monitor student progress, identify learning gaps, and implement targeted interventions.
- Collaborate with department heads and fellow educators to strengthen curriculum planning, instructional practices, and student outcomes.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments, grades, and student feedback in accordance with school policies.

Skills & Qualifications Must-Have





- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce, Business Studies, Business Administration, Economics, or a related discipline.
- B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Strong knowledge of the Cambridge IGCSE Business Studies (0450) curriculum.
- Ability to teach business concepts through case studies, practical examples, and inquiry-based learning.
- Excellent classroom management and differentiated lesson-planning skills.
- Proficiency in Cambridge IGCSE assessment objectives, examination patterns, and marking criteria.
- Robust command of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Classroom.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to develop students' analytical, evaluative, and business decision-making skills.

Preferred

- Previous teaching experience in a Cambridge IGCSE or international curriculum school.
- Familiarity with Cambridge assessment standards and past-paper preparation strategies.
- Ability to teach AS & A Level Business (9609) or Economics.
- Experience integrating EdTech platforms such as Kahoot, Quizizz, and other digital learning resources.
- Ability to facilitate entrepreneurship projects, business simulations, and student-led business activities.
