Overview
As an IAM Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing identity governance and access management solutions across the organization. You will work closely with IT, Security, and Business teams to ensure secure and compliant access to critical systems and data.
Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in Identity & Access Management or Identity Governance & Administration (IGA)
- Experience with one or more IAM tools: Saviynt, SailPoint IdentityNow / IdentityIQ, CyberArk, Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, Ping Identity, or ForgeRock
- Robust understanding of IAM concepts: SSO, MFA, PAM, RBAC, LDAP, SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks: SOX, HIPAA, GDPR, ISO 27001
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
