Role & Responsibilities

- Design and deliver engaging Western Music lessons aligned with IB PYP and IGCSE syllabi for students aged 6–16.
- Integrate performance, composition, listening, and music theory across age-appropriate learning objectives.
- Facilitate instrumental and vocal instruction using piano, guitar, or other Western instruments as needed.
- Assess student progress through continuous evaluation, portfolio building, and formal IGCSE-style assessments.
- Collaborate with cross-curricular teams to embed music in transdisciplinary learning experiences (especially in PYP).
- Organize school concerts, recitals,



and music-related extracurricular activities to enhance student engagement.
