Role Description

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Project Manager to lead and oversee HVAC projects from planning and execution to installation, commissioning, and final handover. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in HVAC systems, proven project management experience, and the ability to deliver projects within defined timelines, budgets, quality standards, and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, manage, and execute HVAC projects from inception to completion.
- Develop project schedules, budgets, resource plans, and execution strategies.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
- Review HVAC drawings, BOQs, technical specifications, and engineering calculations.
- Oversee procurement, installation, testing, commissioning, and handover of HVAC systems.
- Manage chilled water (CHW) systems and ensure proper project execution.
- Monitor project progress, costs, quality, and timelines.
- Identify project risks, resolve site issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with applicable codes, safety standards, and technical requirements.




- Lead project engineers, supervisors, and site teams to achieve project objectives.
- Prepare progress reports, maintain project documentation, and provide regular updates to management and clients.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and successful project closure.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in HVAC project management or project execution.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including chilled water (CHW) systems.
- Experience in project planning, installation, testing, commissioning, and handover.
- Ability to interpret HVAC drawings, BOQs, specifications, and technical calculations.
- Proficiency in project planning and management tools.
- Strong leadership, coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, teams, budgets, and deadlines effectively.

Preferred Candidate A technically strong and result-oriented skilled with excellent project leadership skills, client-handling experience, and the ability to deliver HVAC projects efficiently while maintaining quality, safety, and cost control.
