Leo Enterprises is looking for an experienced and reliable maintenance technician to handle commercial maintenance and repair work at various customer locations across Chennai.
Responsibilities:
- Perform split AC and cassette AC servicing and troubleshooting.
- Handle electrical maintenance, wiring, switches, sockets and MCB replacements.
- Attend plumbing complaints, water leakage and drainage issues.
- Perform water pump maintenance and general repair work.
- Handle preventive maintenance and emergency breakdown calls.
- Visit multiple commercial outlets across Chennai.
- Coordinate with the office for materials and additional work approvals.
- Submit service reports and before-and-after photographs through WhatsApp.
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of experience in AC and general maintenance.
- Practical knowledge of electrical and plumbing work.
- ITI or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical or Refrigeration & AC preferred.
- Must have a two-wheeler and valid driving licence.
- Willingness to travel to different customer locations.
- Ability to handle jobs independently and communicate professionally.
Pay: ₹9,500.00 - ₹42,000.00 per month
