About the RoleWe are seeking a result-oriented HR Consultant – Talent Acquisition & RPO to manage end-to-end recruitment services for our clients across various industries. The role involves candidate sourcing, screening, client coordination, and timely closure of hiring requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and non-IT positions.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and networking.
- Conduct initial screening, shortlist candidates, and coordinate interviews.
- Manage offer negotiations, joining follow-ups, and recruitment closures.
- Coordinate directly with clients to understand hiring requirements.
- Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and hiring MIS.
- Build talent pipelines and ensure timely delivery against client requirements.
- Support client relationship management and RPO business expansion.





Required Qualifications
- Graduate or MBA in HR or related discipline.
- 2–5 years of experience in recruitment consultancy, staffing, or RPO.
- Strong sourcing, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruitment tools.
- Ability to manage multiple hiring mandates and meet targets.

Key Performance Indicators
- Monthly recruitment closures.
- Recruitment turnaround time (TAT).
- Interview-to-offer and offer-to-joining conversion.
- Client satisfaction and hiring quality.
