Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Mechanical BIM Modeler with expertise in Revit MEP to support mechanical modeling and coordination for international projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop 3D mechanical models using Autodesk Revit MEP.
- Model HVAC ducting, piping systems, and mechanical equipment.
- Create and manage Revit families for mechanical components.
- Deliver BIM models meeting LOD 400 and LOD 500 requirements.
- Perform clash detection and coordination using Navisworks.
- Prepare shop drawings, layouts, sections, and schedules.
- Coordinate with architectural, structural, and other MEP teams.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Mechanical BIM Modeling.
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit MEP and Navisworks.
- Experience in LOD 400 and LOD 500 modeling.
- Knowledge of Revit Family Creation and Management.
- Gulf or international project experience is an advantage.
