We are looking for an enthusiastic and responsible HR Executive to join our HR Services team in Kozhikode. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates who want to build their careers in HR and gain experience working with UK businesses.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day HR administrative activities for UK-based clients.
- Maintain and update employee records, documents and HR databases.
- Support employee onboarding, offboarding and HR documentation.
- Prepare employment contracts, HR letters and other employee-related documents using approved templates.
- Assist with employee attendance, leave management and payroll-related administration.
- Monitor employee documentation and support HR compliance activities.
- Communicate professionally with UK clients through email, telephone and online meetings.
- Respond to employee and client HR-related queries.
- Coordinate with the UK management team to complete assigned tasks.
- Ensure accuracy,
confidentiality and timely completion of HR activities.
- Requirements
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Good English communication skills, both written and spoken, are essential.
- Any bachelor's degree (BBA, BCom, MBA HR or related qualifications preferred).
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word and email communication.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Willingness to learn UK HR processes and employment practices.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities.
- Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Must be comfortable working from 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM at our Kozhikode office.
Previous HR experience is an advantage but not mandatory. Training will be provided. Salary & Benefits
- Starting salary of ₹10,000 per month.
