? About the Role
We are hiring a Human Resources Trainee who is starting their very first job . This is an entry-level role where we will train you from the ground up in recruitment, onboarding, and people operations. That’s exactly why this opening is for freshers only.
? What You’ll Do
- Post jobs and manage candidate pipelines on our ATS
- Source and screen candidates through LinkedIn and job portals
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
- Prepare offer letters and onboarding documents
- Maintain employee records and HR trackers in Google Sheets
- Create and run employee feedback surveys using Google Forms
- Support HR policies, employee communication, and engagement activities
✅ Eligibility (ALL Mandatory, FRESHERS ONLY)
- Fresher with 0 years of full-time work experience (internships are fine)
- Graduated in 2025 or 2026,
or currently in your final year
- Good written and spoken English
- Basic familiarity with Google Sheets, Docs, and Forms
- Own laptop and stable internet connection
