Role Description The Human Resources Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Belgaum. This role oversees the end-to-end HR function, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations for a growing B2B marketing and technology-focused organization. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and implementing HR policies, managing compensation and benefits processes, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company standards.

Manager will partner with leadership to support workforce planning, drive employee engagement initiatives, and facilitate training and development programs. The role also involves maintaining accurate HR records,



handling conflict resolution, and promoting an inclusive, ethical, and productive workplace culture.

Qualifications

- Strong expertise in core HR domains such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
- Experience in HR policy development, compensation and perks administration, and compliance with applicable labor laws and regulations.
- Skills in conflict resolution, counseling, and managing sensitive employee issues with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Ability to design and implement training, development, and engagement programs aligned with organizational goals.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and levels.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, including comfort with HR data, metrics, and reporting.
- Proficiency with HRIS or HR management tools and standard office software (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, documentation).
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field; HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, CIPD, or equivalent) are an advantage.
- Prior experience as an HR Manager or in a similar HR leadership role, ideally within marketing, technology, or media environments.
