HR Intern — The Proteinest

About The Proteinest The Proteinest is a D2C plant-based nutrition brand. We build products people come back for, and we grow on brand and retention rather than ad spend. We are hiring fast, and we need someone to help us do it well.

The Role

We are looking for an HR Intern to help run hiring end to end. You will source candidates, coordinate interviews, keep the pipeline moving & help new people settle in. You will work closely with the Founder’s Office and see how a team actually gets built.

This is a hands-on role, not a shadowing one. You will own real pieces of the hiring process from day one. If you are organised, good with people & like getting things done, you will enjoy this.

What You’ll Work On

- Source candidates on LinkedIn, Naukri, Internshala & other channels.
- Screen applications and shortlist the right people for each role.
- Coordinate interviews,



schedules & follow-ups, so nothing slips.
- Help with offer letters, onboarding & joining formalities.
- Keep the hiring tracker clean and up to date.
- Help with day-to-day HR and people operations as we grow.

What We’re Looking For

- Strong communication skills, both in writing and on a call.
- Organised and detail-oriented. You keep track of people and never drop a thread.
- Proactive. You spot what needs doing and do it without being told.
- Comfortable using AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude to work faster.
- A genuine interest in HR, people & building teams.
- Available full-time, on-site in Gurugram, for 3 months.

Nice to Have

- Pursuing or completed a degree in HR, business, or a related field.
- Any past experience in recruitment, coordination, or people-facing work.
- Interest in startups, fitness, nutrition, or wellness.
