Executive – HR

Location: Andheri West, Mumbai

CTC Maximum upto 2.40 lacs pa

Experience: 1–2 years in HR Operations / HR Generalist role

Qualification: MBA/PGDM in HR / MSW / equivalent

Handle day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle activities.

Experience in statutory compliance, including PF, ESIC, PT and LWF.

Excellent working knowledge of MS Excel and HR MIS/reporting.

Handle payroll, attendance and leave management.

Recruitment,



interview scheduling, onboarding and joining formalities.

Maintain employee records, HR documentation and personnel files.

PMS, KRA/KPI and appraisal activities, an added advantage

Prepare manpower, recruitment, payroll, compliance and employee-related MIS.

Coordinate with site HR teams and multiple locations for HR data and compliance requirements.

Strong communication, coordination, follow-up and analytical skills.

High level of accuracy, confidentiality and ownership.
