- Talent Sourcing:
Explore platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter and Naukri to identify and engage relevant talent.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities.
- Hiring Operations: Maintain candidate databases, track hiring progress, and ensure smooth interview coordination.
What We're Looking For
- A graduate with a keen interest in HR and Talent Acquisition.
- Basic familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and Naukri.
- Strong communication, coordination, and organisational skills.
