Role Description The Human Resources Intern will support daily HR operations in a full-time, on-site role based in Pune District.

Responsibilities include assisting with recruitment activities such as posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews. The intern will help maintain employee records, support onboarding processes, and assist in organizing training sessions and engagement initiatives. Additional tasks may involve helping implement HR policies, supporting benefits-related inquiries, preparing HR documentation and reports, and collaborating with team members to improve HR processes.





This role offers hands-on exposure to HR practices within a data-driven creative agency environment.

Qualifications

- Foundational knowledge of Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with an interest in developing practical experience.
- Ability to understand and support the implementation of HR Policies and Employee Benefits programs.
- Basic skills in Personnel Management, including maintaining employee records and supporting onboarding activities.
- Solid organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with a skilled and inclusive approach.
- Proficiency in MS Office or similar tools; familiarity with HR software is an advantage.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Ability to work on-site in Pune District and collaborate in a team-oriented workplace.
