Role Description The Human Resources Executive is a full-time, on-site position based in Pune District. This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, managing onboarding and exit processes, and ensuring adherence to HR policies and procedures.

Executive will support employee relations activities such as handling queries, facilitating conflict resolution, and promoting a positive and inclusive work culture. The role also includes implementing HR initiatives, coordinating performance management cycles, assisting with recruitment processes,



and collaborating with leadership to ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational standards.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with the ability to support strategic and operational HR initiatives.
- Hands-on experience in HR Operations, including onboarding, documentation, HR systems, and basic payroll or attendance coordination.
- Skills in Employee Relations, with the capacity to address employee concerns, support engagement activities, and foster a respectful workplace.
- Knowledge of HR Policies and relevant employment laws, ensuring consistent and compliant HR practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with diverse teams.
- Organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency with MS Office and HR software or HRIS systems; comfort with data and basic reporting is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; professional HR certifications are an advantage.
- Prior HR experience in a creative, marketing, or agency environment is a plus.
