Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Executive role based in Ahmedabad.

The Human Resources

Executive will manage day-to-day HR operations, including employee onboarding, documentation, attendance, and payroll coordination in line with company policies. The role involves maintaining positive employee relations, addressing queries and concerns, supporting performance management processes,



and assisting in grievance handling. The executive will contribute to developing and implementing HR policies, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and internal standards.

Additional responsibilities include coordinating recruitment activities, supporting training and development initiatives, maintaining HR records and reports, and collaborating with management to foster an inclusive, high-performance work setting.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, including workforce planning and end-to-end employee lifecycle management.
- Candidates should possess skills in HR Operations, such as onboarding, payroll coordination, attendance management, and HR documentation.
