About the Role

- We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Talent Acquisition Executive to join our HR team.
- You will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent across various departments, particularly in sales, operations, research, compliance, and broking.
- The ideal candidate should have experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably within the financial services or stock broking industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle pre-onboarding and pre-offer formalities.
- Collect, check, and verify candidate documents before offer rollout.
- Coordinate for required offer approvals and release offer letters.
- Follow up for offer acceptance and joining confirmation.
- Coordinate with candidates, hiring managers, HR, IT, Admin, and other stakeholders.




- Maintain accurate records of documentation, offers, and joining status.

Requirements:

- 6 months to 1 year of relevant HR/TA experience only.
- Stock Broking/BFSI experience preferred.
- Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel.

Qualifications

Key Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1 years of experience in talent acquisition;

experience in BFSI/stock broking preferred.

Required Skills

- Strong understanding of roles such as Relationship Managers, Dealers, Research Analysts, and Compliance Officers.
- Familiarity with recruitment tools (Naukri, LinkedIn, ATS, etc.).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in hiring for both volume and niche positions.
- Exposure to psychometric assessments and structured interviews is a plus.
