Job title : HR Executive – Employee Engagement

Role overview

We are hiring an HR Executive - Employee Engagement to build a workplace where people feel valued, connected and motivated to do their best work. You will plan and run engagement programs, measure how employees feel, and turn feedback into action.

Key responsibilities

Engagement strategy and programs

- Design and run an annual employee engagement calendar covering town halls, team-building, wellness drives, festivals and offsites.
- Launch and manage recognition programs such as Employee of the Month, spot awards, service anniversaries and peer-to-peer kudos.
- Partner with department heads to create team-level engagement plans.

Listening and measurement

- Run engagement surveys, pulse surveys, stay interviews and focus groups.
- Analyse results, identify drivers of engagement and attrition, and present findings and action plans to leadership.
- Track follow-through on survey actions and report progress to employees.

Culture and communication

- Champion company values and reinforce them through campaigns, storytelling and internal communication.
- Manage internal channels to keep employees informed and connected.
- Support onboarding and buddy programs so new joiners feel welcome from day one.

Employee experience

- Support work-life balance, mental health and wellbeing initiatives.




- Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, escalating to HR leadership where needed.

Administration and reporting

- Manage the engagement budget, vendors and event logistics.
- Maintain engagement dashboards and share monthly metrics with HR leadership.

Qualifications and experience

Required

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
- 2–5 years of HR experience, including hands-on work in employee engagement, culture or employee experience.
- Experience running surveys and turning results into action plans.
- Working knowledge of HR processes and Indian labour practices.

Preferred

- Experience with survey and HR tools (for example Google Forms, Microsoft Forms, Zoho People, Keka or Culture Amp).
- Experience managing vendors and event budgets.
- Experience in a growing or multi-location organisation.

Skills and competencies

- Robust written and spoken communication, with the ability to engage employees at every level.
- Empathy, discretion and good judgment when handling sensitive concerns.
- Event planning, project management and vendor coordination.
- Data analysis: comfortable with Excel or Google Sheets and presenting insights clearly.
- Creativity and initiative in designing programs people want to join.
- Collaboration with managers, leadership and cross-functional teams
