The Manager HR Business Partner will act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, driving the people agenda in alignment with business goals and client commitments. This role combines strategic HR consulting covering performance management, employee relations, and engagement with handson administrative support to ensure seamless HR operations and compliance across the organization.

Responsibilities

- Partner with business teams, leaders and PMO team to drive people agenda including employee engagement, retention of key talent and improving overall employee experience.
- Lead performance management process, including goal setting, annual reviews, rating governance, and bottomquartile interventions.
- Manage employee grievances, disciplinary actions, investigations, and escalations with proper documentation and policy adherence.
- Analyze attrition, absenteeism, and earlywarning indicators; design and implement targeted retention and corrective actions.
- Coach supervisors/managers on performance conversations, handling ER issues, discipline, and policy interpretation.
- Design and execute employee engagement initiatives such as focus groups, surveys, and actionplan closures.
- Oversee employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, redeployment, and exit governance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory requirements, information security norms,



and audit expectations.
- Provide administrative support to HR teams: schedule meetings, prepare documentation, coordinate events, and assist with payroll/benefits queries.
- Track, publish, and present HR MIS and dashboards for headcount, joiners/separations, attrition, and ER metrics in business reviews.

Qualifications

- Master's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in HR Business Partner or HR Generalist roles.
- Robust knowledge of Indian labor laws, statutory compliance, and HR best practices.
- Proven ability to drive workforce planning and performance management initiatives.
- Excellent analytical skills with experience interpreting attrition and people metrics.
- Effective coaching and influencing skills for senior leaders and managers.
- Demonstrated expertise in creating and delivering impactful PowerPoint presentations.
- Proficiency in advanced MS Excel; familiarity with HR analytics & AI tools.
- Strong organizational and administrative abilities, including event coordination and documentation management.
- Ability to leverage AI tools i.e. MS Copilot/Claude to manage BAUs & process improvement.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problemsolving skills.
