Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage bulk hiring processes for various positions.

- Coordinate interviews, shortlisting candidates, and conducting technical assessments to ensure the best fit for roles.

- Provide end-to-end recruitment solutions including sourcing, screening, and onboarding new hires.

- Offer expert advice on talent acquisition strategies, retention strategies to meet our business needs.

Job Requirements :

- 0-2 years of experience in HR or Recruitment Consulting industry.

- Robust understanding of bulk hiring, end-to-end recruitment, headhunting, interview coordination, screening, shortlisting, sourcing techniques.

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail with long term vision for company growth and alignment with vision.
