About the Role

We are looking for a proactive, hands-on HR Manager to own the complete HR function, from talent acquisition and employee onboarding to payroll, performance management, and HR operations. You will work directly with management to build efficient HR systems and support our growing organisation.

Key Responsibilities

- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, salary negotiations, offers, and onboarding.
- Employee Lifecycle: Handle joining formalities, employee records, probation, confirmations, appraisals, resignations, and full-and-final settlements.
- Payroll & Attendance: Manage monthly payroll coordination, attendance, leave tracking, salary calculations, and reimbursements.
- HR Policies & Compliance: Develop HR policies, employee handbooks, employment documentation, and coordinate applicable statutory compliances.
- Performance Management: Maintain employee KPIs, coordinate performance reviews,



and track probation and appraisal timelines.
- Employee Engagement: Manage employee grievances, engagement initiatives, retention, and workplace culture.
- HR Operations & Administration: Maintain HR trackers, employee databases, vendor coordination, and office administration.
- Reporting & Automation: Prepare monthly HR dashboards and streamline processes using Excel, Google Sheets, and HR tools.

** Qualifications

- Graduate in HR, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA in HR preferred.
- 3-6+ years of hands-on experience in end-to-end HR management, preferably in IT, Wealth Management, Stock Broking, Fintech Industry.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment, payroll coordination, HR documentation, and Indian employment practices.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and recruitment portals.
- Robust communication, organisation, confidentiality, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership, and build HR processes from scratch.
