Role: HRMS Functional - Help Desk Functional
Location: Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Pune, Noida
Experience: 8+ years
Mandatory Skills
- Minimum 8 years of overall experience
- Should have lead a role of HR Help desk lead and should have direct interaction with client.
- Minimum 5 years of Experience in Fusion Help desk and Case management
- Should have experience in using groovy scripts for helpdesk configurations.
- Should have at least 4 Implementation Experience as a Functional Consultant in Helpdesk.
- Should have done to end to end implementation for the below modules
- Fusion Help Desk
- Case management
- Valuable to have the knowledge on below modules
- Fusion Talent and learn
- ORC
- Core HR
- Should have good communication and presentation skills
- Must have good understanding of AIM/OUM processes/phases and documentation
