Job Overview

ZmartHire HR Solutions is looking for a motivated and result-oriented HR Recruiter to join our recruitment team. The ideal candidate should have prior recruitment experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to source, screen, and coordinate with candidates for various client requirements.

Candidates with experience in consultancy recruitment, bulk hiring, Healthcare, US Healthcare RCM, BPO, Sales, or Non-IT recruitment will be preferred.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment activities for client requirements.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Shine, and other job portals.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial HR screening and assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules, feedback, offers, and joining.
- Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and daily hiring reports.
- Work towards recruitment targets and ensure timely profile submissions.




- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and upcoming requirements.
- Maintain professional relationships with candidates and clients.

Required Skills
- Prior experience in HR recruitment is mandatory.
- Experience working in a recruitment consultancy is preferred.
- Good communication and candidate-handling skills.
- Knowledge of job portals and resume sourcing techniques.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements and meet deadlines.
- Robust follow-up, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Target-oriented mindset and willingness to learn.

Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 6 months of relevant recruitment experience preferred.
- Freshers with excellent english communication with MBA can apply.
- Candidates with experience in bulk hiring or multiple-domain recruitment will have an added advantage.
