Blisss Red Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an enthusiastic, proactive, and target-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team in Kharadi, Pune. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, knowledge of recruitment processes, and the ability to manage end-to-end recruitment activities.

Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for various positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Conduct initial telephonic interviews.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.




- Follow up with selected candidates until joining.
- Assist with the onboarding process.
- Achieve recruitment targets within the specified timelines.

Requirements

- 6 months to 1 year of experience in HR or recruitment.
- MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valuable sourcing, screening, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to handle multiple vacancies simultaneously.
- Target-oriented and proactive approach.
