? Roles & Responsibilities

- Contact potential candidates using the lead data provided by INTRNFORTE.
- Explain job opportunities and relevant details to interested candidates.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Coordinate with candidates and assist them with recruitment and joining formalities.
- Achieve a daily target of 3 signed offer letters from recruited candidates.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and provide recruitment updates.

? Internship Details
- Duration: 1 Month
- Daily Target: 3 signed offer letters
- Work Mode: Hybrid — Work From Home and Work From Office.
- Lead Data: Provided by INTRNFORTE.
- Stipend: Up to ₹10,000 per month. The stipend is not fixed and depends on performance, achievement of recruitment targets, and applicable payment terms.
- Offer Letter: Provided by INTRNFORTE.




- Completion Certificate: Provided upon successful completion of the internship, as per company policy.
