We are looking for an experienced HR Operations / HR Generalist to manage and support end-to-end HR activities. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-end Recruitment lifecycle, HR operations, Employee lifecycle management, Learning & Development and HRMS processes.
Key Responsibilities & Skills Required:
- Manage the basic HR operations like employee records, attendance, and compliance.
- Perform administrative duties including documentation, and office coordination.
- Support employee relations and basic policy implementation.
- Hands-on experience with HRMS (Keka experience is mandatory)
- Handle recruitment, employee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Manage attendance tracking and compliance-related activities
- Coordinate recruitment activities and schedule interviews
- Maintain employee documentation and verification records
- Coordinate with vendors for HR-related activities
- Support employee engagement initiatives
- Handle day-to-day HR operations and employee queries
Qualification:
- MBA (HR) preferred
- 3–4 years of relevant experience in HR Operations / HR Generalist role
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
